Returns Policy
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our custom and specially made signage, we cannot accept returns for these items unless they are defective or incorrectly manufactured.
For our standard, non-customised signage products, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to obtain a return authorisation number. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please note that customised, made-to-order or specially manufactured signs are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or do not match the approved design/specifications. In such cases, we will replace or remake the sign at no additional cost.
This returns policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and allows for the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for standard, non-customised products while excluding custom/special order items unless they are defective or incorrectly made.
